We develop, produce and build multi-family houses in sustainable timber frame construction to provide affordable housing in shortened construction times and at competitive costs.

We don't want to do things new but different and have recognised the signs of the times in terms of applying new methods. With our approach of modular construction, we focus on serial production, taking into account the highest quality, maximum protection of resources and still cost-efficient.
In our production we build modern, technically sophisticated, ecologically demanding turnkey apartment buildings based on 5 modules in timber frame construction. We want to build homes in which tenants feel comfortable and happy.
